Yes, complimentary luggage check will be available on Wednesday, June 10. You may also store your bags with The Venetian or The Palazzo bell desk upon check-in or check-out of your stay.

When registering you may pay by credit card. Accepted forms of payment are American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.

There are a few countries that require a visa for entry into the United States. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local United States consulate for details and requirements.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@rubrik.events. Applicable refunds will be submitted based on the date and time that the request is submitted. Cancellation notices received prior to 11:59 PM PT on March 6, 2026 will receive a full refund. After March 6, 2026 we will only provide a refund if you make a request within 24 hours of purchase and before May 11, 2026. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

Registrations are transferable to another associate in your organization through June 1, 2026. To transfer your registration to someone else at your company please contact support@rubrik.events.

Rubrik complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will fulfill reasonable requests for special accommodations made 30 days in advance. Because some types of accommodations can take several weeks to arrange, requests made less than 30 days prior to the event cannot be guaranteed. Mother's services are also available upon request.

Special meals: All event meals are created to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. Please use the dietary restriction section of the registration form to log your dietary restrictions.

You can register for Forward before knowing who from your team will attend — just buy your passes now and update the attendees later.

In order to participate, you also acknowledge that you will receive communications regarding your Forward 2026 registration - including registration confirmations, event updates, reminders, and access links required to attend.

If you or someone who you purchased a pass for can no longer attend Forward, please reach out to support@rubrik.events with the original attendee or new attendee in copy to start the transfer process.

Event privacy standards require that all requests for changes or attendee details come from the attendee. We are not able to provide information about an attendee to another individual who is not listed on the account. Please reach out to support@rubrik.events with your colleague or customer in copy to request the update(s).

Only registered conference attendees are permitted to attend the Forward party.

Yes, Rubrik has secured a room block at The Venetian Las Vegas. Instructions for how to reserve a room will be provided after you complete your registration for the event.

No, after completing your registration you will be provided with an exclusive booking link to secure the discounted conference room rate. Your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to one night's room and tax to guarantee your reservation. This deposit will be applied to your balance at hotel check-out.

Rubrik is not able to provide a formal visa sponsorship for individuals attending Forward 2026. However, we can provide supporting attestation confirming that Rubrik is hosting the event and that we welcome you to attend.

To request this letter, please indicate this need during your registration and a member of our team will follow up with next steps.
