Natalie Sidwell is an accomplished sales leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and SaaS businesses across EMEA. She currently serves as VP, EMEA North at Rubrik, leading the UKI, Nordics, and Benelux regions.

Before Rubrik, Natalie was VP of Sales at SenseOn, a Series A cybersecurity company, where she played a key role in scaling the business. She also held senior leadership roles at Twilio Segment, serving as Head of EMEA Sales and AVP Enterprise Sales EMEA, leading growth across mid-market and enterprise segments.
