Guy Batey is Head of Specialist Engineering for EMEA at Rubrik, leading technical strategy and helping organisations strengthen their cyber resilience, data security, and cloud adoption across the region. With extensive experience in enterprise technology leadership, Guy has led large-scale cloud, infrastructure, and security transformation initiatives within highly regulated industries.

Prior to Rubrik, Guy held senior leadership roles at SSE and Nomura, driving multi-cloud, platform engineering, and DevOps programmes at scale. Guy is known for combining strategic insight with hands-on engineering leadership to deliver secure, scalable platforms that catalyse innovation and business transformation.
