Forward sessions can be a variety of formats, from panels, to technical deep dives. Depending on your submission and if it is accepted, the Forward content team will work with you to finalize the session format and answer any questions you may have.

By agreeing to speak at Rubrik Forward all speakers will receive a complimentary pass, two-nights hotel stay to attend the conference, as well as one on one support to bring your session to the big stage. This could include speaker coaching, design support, and more, depending on your session needs.

Yes! Any submissions that are not selected will be considered for future conferences, webinars, or other events put on by Rubrik, should you be interested. We truly appreciate and value each and every submission.

All proposals will be reviewed by an internal selection committee made up of Rubrik employees that will deliberate all submissions after the deadline on February 3rd, 2023. This committee will look at the entire proposal to understand what to expect from the presentation. This is where the session abstract really helps! After an evaluation period, everyone can expect to be notified by early March regarding the selection process

Your proposal will be reviewed and evaluated by the Rubrik product and marketing teams.

By submitting a speaker proposal and receiving approval from Rubrik, you are authorizing Rubrik to publish your name, company name, biography, and presentation summary in conference materials, including the show guide and event website.

Accepted speakers will present in a 30-minute or 45-minute breakout session, delivered by either a solo or multiple speakers. To ensure that Forward attendees experience relevant and professional presentations, speakers are expected to prepare their presentations according to the guidelines and timelines provided by the Rubrik team. Speakers will have access to the Rubrik team to help shape the final content.
